Recipe for failure
A new novel venture should have focus and drive and should have series of activities related to the reason and growth of creation.
It is easy to get carried away in diverse ways and convince ourselves that these all will be related businesses.
We should be clear in how to grow business through multiple ways.
We should be clear to align business with multiple partners for visibility and customer creation.
Once stakes are spoken to and broken up they should be kept in closet till business scales to better size.
